West Australian Large Tiger Prawns

I normally do not see tiger prawns however decided to try them.

They were quite large and very difficult to peel as a lot of them had a very thin shell. There were also some heads without bodies which bring the weight/price up.

I cooked them however they had a floury taste and I would not buy them again.

These were $17.99 a kilo at the Morley Fish Shop in Walter Road.

Summary
A product I will not buy again despite it being from the North West of WA.
