Tap, tap, tap, crack. This is a lovely vanilla and amaretto creme brulee to finish off the meal. The burnt-sugar caramelized top is delicious to eat. However the balsamic strawberries are sour and the cream is a bit bland. The presentation of the this dessert is a bit plain, too.
