Sweet Potato Salad Baroque

(Roasted sweet potato, couscous, crispy quinoa, rocket, blue cheese)

This salad is a let down. The chef served up a plate of rocket salad with a few cubes of roasted sweet potato and some pearl cous cous. Very limited crispy quinoa and we can't taste the blue cheese. I found the salad to be lacking flavour and really overpriced.

Not sure why we pay $16 for a pile of salad ingredients.
