Stone Baked Pane Di Casa from Coles Bakery

Most of Coles Bakery bread I have bought has been very good, and this white loaf is no exception.

It slices easily both in my electric slicer and by hand.

These were on special at Coles, Inglewood, WA, for $4 for a 500 g loaf.
