Spanish Eggs at the Leaf and Bean Emporium

These Spanish Eggs were delightful and quite different.

They were paprika infused potatoes, chorizo, roasted red capsicum, and red onion, topped with fried eggs and warm tortilla.

I had this at the Leaf and Bean at 178 Scarborough Beach Road, Mt Hawthorn (WA) for $19.

Summary
An excellent meal with the mix of chorizo with eggs and paprika, and a great selection of lunches/breakfast. The egg yolks were orange and I could have eaten more!
