Seared Scallops Balla

Photo Dish Review: Seared scallops with cauliflower and squid ink purée $22

These scallops are large and plump and are beautiful seared. It goes really well with the cauliflower and squid ink puree.

The puree is light and creamy and I would like more of it. It is artfully decorated and definitely not enough.
