This chicken pho contains rice noodles in a complex slow-cooked stock served with chicken breast slices, sprinkled with a zing of finely sliced lime leaf, bean sprouts, fragrant herbs and served with dipping sauce and lemon.

This Vietnamese-style pho is not too authentic but it is a good chicken noodle soup on a cold day.
