Processed Deglet Nour Dates

These dates are from Tunisia and I bought them to cook a vegan biscuit.

I would not recommend them as although they are cheaper, they are not as good as Mejdool dates and they are fairly small with a large pip.

I bought these at Kakulas Sisters at the Nollamarra Shopping Centre, in Hillsborough Drive, Nollamarra, WA for $2.25 for 250 g.

Summary
I would not buy this brand again as they are not soft, and are relatively small and not juicy at all -they were very difficult to process and use in baking.
