Ocean Blue Smoked Ocean Trout

This is very similar in taste to smoked salmon, and I use a lot of both of these products, both in cooking and on sandwiches/lunches.

This one is 100g and is a good source of Omega 3 oils.

I bought this at Woolworths online for $4.99.
