Mediterranean Vegetable and Mozzarella Toastie at The Tube

I expected this to be an open sandwich as it was called a toastie, however it was not.

The bread was a bit thick and it was enjoyable but quite plain.

It did come with potato chips however we did not want these.

This cost $8.50 at The Tube, in Station Street, Cottesloe, WA.

Summary
A very casual cafe in a trendy area of Perth, this sandwich was well priced, and quite tasty but I would not re-order it.
