Lighthouse Bread and Pizza Flour

This is a plain flour however if you use this type in pizza and breadmaking, the food will turn out better as it is specifically for this type of thing.

I find this a very good brand and it is "strong, high protein" flour.

I bought this at Woolworths online for $4.03/1 kilo
