Lemongrass Stir in Paste by Gourmet Garden

I was making a recipe that I wanted to put lemongrass into however the fresh lemongrass was ridiculously expensive, so I bought this.

It is very good and while, probably not as good as fresh, it is a very handy product to keep in the fridge.

I bought this at Coles online for $3.98 for 115 g

Summary
A good product to use in Asian cooking, and lasts far longer than the fresh product.
