Lamb loin at Ptite Ardoise Bistro

This was listed as "Grilled Lamb loin, vegetable tian, goat's cheese, and jus" and is gluten free.

The lamb was done to perfection, and was both moist and tender. The jus was also delightful.

Several of the meals were served on what appeared to be a dark slate tile, which was different!

This cost $34 at P'tite Ardoise Bistro at 283 Beaufort Street, Highgate, Perth, with parking at the hotel opposite.
