You can tell the quality of the restaurant by their breads. Balla offers a great bread basket selection for each table. I prefer mine bread to be warm and toasty, but these have a great texture.

The highlight is that Balla's in-house olive oil. The aged balsamic vinegar is fantastic. They are available for sale at the checkout.
