Hot Smoked Trout By Goulburn River Trout

This fish is smoked and although expensive, it is well worth it.

It peels off the bone, you take the middle bone out and it is great in salads, or empinanads (I did this on recipeyum.com.au) or on a sandwich.

It is not particularly hot in flavour.

I bought this at Woolworths online for $9.99 for one fish.

Summary
A lovely smoked flavour and a very unusual taste -highly recommended.
