Chef Daniel Hughes’ seafood menu changes daily. Dishes are prepared simply but innovatively however some stand out more than others. One such dish is the Chilli Salt Calamari. Hughes’ exact blend of chilli, salt and lemon zest combines perfectly with the tender Calamari.

Dish Review: Lightly battered Calamari seasoned with chilli salt and lemon zest is served with pickled fennel and roasted black garlic aioli. At $16, this entree ticks all the boxes.
