Unlike the Vietnamese fresh Spring Roll, the Thai version have a different twist.

These Thai Spring Rolls are wonderful entree. Thinly wrapped with cucumber, tofu, bean sprouts, egg, chicken mince and Chinese pork sausage. Served with sweet tamarind sauce.

They sure pack a lot of ingredients in these tiny wrappers! They taste great!
