Fresh Asparagus From WA

Asparagus is in season at the moment and I believe the majority is grown in Albany in Western Australia.

It is generally very good and fresh when bought from a high class fruit shop as this one is.

I bought this bunch at Fresh Stop Market, in Dog Swamp Shopping Centre, for $2.99.

Summary
A very healthy vegetable and versatile too.
