These falafel patties are simply amazing! Made with chick peas in garlic & spices, then deep fried to golden. They are crunchy on the outside, nutty creamy and moist on the inside.

I lavishly spread baba ghannouj dip on top. It tastes so good. Gosh, this is still entree.....
