A fantastic cured salmon dish, artfully presented and taste so delicious too!

The dish consists of a large buckwheat blini, topped with cured king salmon, salmon caviar, broccolini, sauce Mikado and 2 wobbly poached eggs.

Totally divine. I think I like this over the Ultimate Truffle Toastie.
