Dried Yellow Split Peas by McKenzies

Split peas are quite a handy product and make lovely soup, however I bought them for this [link http://recipeyum.com.au/vegetarian-curried-split-pea-patties-open-burger/ recipe] which turned out excellent.

There is little choice as to which brand to buy however I always buy this sort of thing by McKenzies as they have a good, large range.

This packet cost $1.55 at Woolworths online for 500 grams.
