Crumbed and Fried Haloumi Salad at The Garden

This was on the menu as crumbed and fried haloumi with poached pear, asparagus, hazelnuts and rocket.

It was a large serving and the salad was delightful. The haloumi was slightly tasteless and the batter a bit thick.

Summary
Plenty of hazelnuts, nice dressing spoilt slightly by the thick crumbed batter over the haloumi. Still an unusual and enjoyable meal.
