Casa Cultured Reduced Fat Buttermilk

I needed a large buttermilk for a recipe I was making and this fitted the bill perfectly.

It is often quite difficult to get the one litre size however I found this one straight away.

I like this brand as it is not too sweet, is creamy as well as being low in fat.

Buy this from Woolworths around $4.00 for 1 litre.

Summary
An enjoyable buttermilk, ideal for cooking several things, and nice and thick.
