Bourke Street Bakery Sourdough Loaf

Bourke Street Bakery are famous for their in-house baked breads. My personal favorite is their original sourdough loaf.

The texture is very chewy with a crusty exterior. You can slightly taste the aged sourdough yeast.

I am just happy dipping the fresh bread in Olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
