Borgs Frozen Fillo Pastry

This is a 375 g pack of frozen Fillo Pastry which is ideal for baking many things.

I find I waste a lot as once you have unfolded it and taken a bit out, it does not freeze well as it breaks very easily and it is hard to separate these very thin sheets.

However the taste is excellent and being thin is the part I like about fillo pastry. You can layer it if you want it thicker.

Buy this at supermarkets and I paid around $3.80 at Woolworths.

Summary
It works out quite expensive when you have to throw a lot out however all brands are the same.
