Blue Cheese Gnocchi El Bulli

This is a homemade crispy gnocchi dish cooked with Serrano ham, blue vein cheese and white wine cream sauce. The flavour is bold and intense and could be so moreish if the cook did not add that much salt to the dish.

We so want to finish this but it was way too salty.
Probably a strategy to get diners to buy more drink.
