This tuna sushi is absolutely divine. It is one of the most delicious tuna nigiri in Sydney. It is lightly marinated in zuke and the sushi rice is beautifully cooked.

It tastes almost like the sushi I've tried in the traditional Japanese Sushi restaurant in Tokyo.

A really good plate. I would return for or this tuna nigiri alone.
