Australian Baby Cos Lettuce by Coles

The Coles where I usually shop has excellent fruit and vegetables and although not cheap, they seem to be fresher than a lot of other shops.

This baby cos lettuce must have been fresh as I still have one left in my fridge after almost 2 weeks although it is about ready to dispose of!

This cost $2.98 at Coles in Inglewood, WA, for a two pack.
