Last night (as at the time of writing this) was the second time I've eaten at this establishment. Attended a special food and wine evening with five different wines matching five different foods.
Kate Day from Willunga 100 wines was the host of the evening, and she was generous with the various servings of Pinot Gris, Grenache and Shiraz wine varieties.
These wines were elegantly matched with a couple of Zigi's signature dishes. The labne cheese was consumed in a flash, and I also loved the felafel prawns with labne mousse and pomegranates. Chicken and lamb dishes were also served with some cheese to end another great culinary experience at Zigi's. A wonderful arty ambience was enjoyed.
