I love balsamic vinegar and recently tried Giovanni Re's truffle flavoured balsamic.

It is divine on salad and works very well with meats, beef in particular. The acidic taste becomes sweet when cooked and the truffle cream gives it a smoothness.

I bought this is TK Maxx for $5.00, but you can also buy it from Florence Flavours for $9.00.
