I bought this particular brand as I really like the packaging.

It is packed in a plastic bottle, easy to handle, and easy to pour from.

It is labelled as "Easy-store, vitamin enriched -calcium and folate enriched, and triple sifted".

I bought this at Woolworths online for $2.99 for 1 kg.

Summary
This flour does not need sifting, is in convenient packaging, and works well in baking/cooking.
