Seashells Resort is the best Mandurah hotel and has one side overlooking the ocean, and the other overlooking the Estuary.

The pool is idyllic, and has a hot tub, which I am in, in the photo!

The pool is heated and though it was big and empty, I did not go in it, however sat around in the very comfortable chairs provided.

$239 online (special -Our Deal) for a two night stay in an ocean room, with spa, king bed, kitchen and amenities.

Summary
A delightful area right next to the ocean with plenty of space and bbq facilities.
