This is the three grain recipe and is 99% fat free.

It is one of the highest protein cereals and this is the 535 g pack which works out the cheapest.

Special K is light crisp flakes of rice, wheat and oats and a bowl of this with low fat milk can provide up to 30% of a child's daily iron and calcium needs.

Buy this at any major supermarket, I bought it online at Woolworths for $5.00 on special this week, and normally about $6.50.

Summary
An excellent breakfast cereal which is not too sweet.
