Rating: 5/5

Despite the name suggesting something cold, Ramen Tei's Snowball is actually a rice cake filled with red bean that is served hot. There is a wait time for it since it is prepared fresh but the wait is worth it.

We bought it from Ramen Tei at the Market Plaza Food Court in Central Market, 44 60 Gouger St, Adelaide, for 80 cents.

Summary
Soft, chewy mochi ball with a red bean filling that is not too sweet.
