This is a very low calorie breakfast cereal and one that I bought as I diet once a week.

It is one of the lowest in sugar content, and tastes quite nice.

I buy this at Woolworths online for $5 for 280 g.

Summary
Not a lot of taste as little sugar, however, great for my purposes of low fat/sugar!
