Rating: 3/5

A genuine healthy, high fibre multigrain crispbread that is perfect as a snack or for lunch.

I have been using this as a bread substitute. Top it up with all your favourite sandwich ingredients for a delicious snack.

It has a crunchy bite texture and is a good healthy tasty alternative to butterscotch fingers or Tim Tams.

Low Sodium
Fat Free
High In Fibre

A winning diet snack in my opinion.

This is the closest you can get in Australia to buying original Scandivanian knekkebrod made in Sweden by Wasa. It's based on a centuries old recipe and every Scandinavian household keeps this always at home.
YET another product which should be made LOCALLY!
I like Original Ryvita.
agreed. I love these as well. Much lower calories than bread and sooo yummy!
