This delicious salad is packed with mouth-watering veggies such as cauliflower, pumpkin, chickpeas, and onions. The flavours blend together really well and are bound to leave your hungry tummy satisfied. It's a bit too oily for my liking, but otherwise is a great takeaway dish (especially if you're in a rush)!
