I rarely eat red meat (apart from bacon) but occasionally will buy a piece of organic steak for a barbecue.
This one was a different brand to the one I usually buy and it was delicious. At almost half a kilo, it was rather too much, however I ate it all after cooking it rare on the barbecue.

Summary
An excellent piece of porterhouse which was soft, had very little fat, and tasted delicious!
