These are delicious, beautifully dry-cured ham.
These supple, velvety paper-thin slices are perfect for salad, pizza or antipasto platter.

The colors of these prosciutto are elegantly deep rose. I love the marbling of the fat. It looks so appetizing from when first open the packet.

It tastes salty, meaty with a slight hint of sweet. The flavor is remarkable. No wonder it is one of the most famous Italian cured meats in the world.

Love prosciutto!
Sometimes I crave something 'salty' & this fits the bill admirably!
Like to buy Jamon, when I can not only get it, but afford it!
There's some well-made Aussie Prosciutto, too, which I'll buy, & enjoy!
IF very 'craving' will wrap cubes of Feta Cheese, inside! Oh dear!
