The Merivale group have done it again in sensational Sydney. They've recently opened up a Latin American Restaurant right on Manly Wharf.

A decision to try the Smoked Pork Belly Banh Mi ($18) with fried bologna, chicken liver pate, pickles, coriander, cucumber and sriracha mayo was one well made.

Felt so full afterwards. I did not need anything else to eat until dinner. This meal complimented the Lemon, Lime and Bitters ($4) beautifully.

The pork and the pate were delicious. The sauce had a spicy flavour. I loved the food.

The water views were amazing too.

The service was great by the wait staff, however when it came time to pay the bill; I found the 1% credit card surcharge a little bit rich considering that the prices of the food is at the high end for many people. Adding to that, the person who served me when it came time to pay the bill attended to a phone call the entire time. I don't know what you think about that, however to me that is rude and unprofessional service behaviour in the hospitality industry.
