This is a pack of moist, unscented baby wipes that I bought to wipe hands in the car etc.

They work well, and stay moist provided the lid is properly closed.

This cost $2.50 from Woolworths online for an 80 pack refill.

Summary
This is the refill pack but is perfectly OK to use on its own and as is.
