Right about now I'm feeling like a bit of a hippie with all my organic, natural and healthful reviews. And this one is no exception. The Nimbin Valley Dairy which traditionally produces goat's milk and cheeses has created a kefir, or fermented milk drink, which is as superb as it is healthful. It has billions of good bacteria in every glass. It's thick but drinkable and tastes similar to greek yoghurt so not for the weak hearted!
