The sauce that Japanese restaurant use on Gyoza/dumplings are no ordinary soy.

This is a good handy special Gyoza sauce infused with fragrant sesame oil and various vegeyable extracts. It is then blend with 3 types of vinegar: Apple vinegar, baily black vinegar and rice vinegar.

A really good dipping sauce.
Dumplings will not taste the same~
