No idea! But it DOES have preservatives, doesnt it? I have been told that margarine is actually not good for you because of what goes in it, hence I changed to pure butter years ago -but i wonder what this DOES have in it so it doesnt go hard like the unsalted butter I buy for baking>
I was using a good quality margarine, but after a few years, the oil content was making me nauseous, so I stopped.
Have been using this non-salt reduced one, for a couple of years' now, & love it!
It spreads straight from the fridge, as is triple churned, is PURE Butter, no additives at all, & tastes like the Butter I had as a child.
Why can't Australian Dairy Companies' manufacture a comparable product, instead of adding oil to their butter for 'softness'?
