Quinoa is an extremely nutritious pseudo-grain that originates in the Andean region of South America. Being multi-coloured, this product looks good as well, and is therefore an attractive addition in all sorts of dishes including salads, soups and casseroles,
as well as a yummy breakfast cereal.

Priced at around $10.00 for a 500g box, Macro Organic Tri Colour Quinoa can be found at most larger Woolworths supermarkets and from Woolworths online. I bought mine from Morley Galleria in Perth.

Delicious, healthy and attractive, this product is a great addition to a wide variety of recipes. I mainly use mine in salads.
