Basmati rice is an exceptionally high-quality long-grain rice that's native to northern India and Pakistan. This product, from the great-value Woolworths Macro range, is certified organic, making it extra healthy for you and your family.

Priced at around $6.10 for a 1kg bag, this product is a bargain, especially since it's certified organic. It's available at most larger Woolworths supermarkets - I bought mine from the store at Morley Galleria in Perth.

A delicious, high-quality rice that's the perfect accompaniment for a wide variety of dishes including curries, casseroles and salads.
