I bought this to put in a salad -I believe it is a Mozzarella cheese though it tastes slightly different.

Light in texture and a little bit rubbery, it is very nice torn up in a salad.

This cost $22.73 per kilo at Coles online.

Summary
Not a lot of taste, however very nice in salads with a light, airy texture.
