This is a 250 g pack of Cheddar Colby Jack Queso -Quesadilla three cheese blend.

It is great for just about everything including home made pizzas.

The Queso is a Mexican style cheese, the Cheddar is matured, and the Colby Jack is a blend of orange Colby and Cheddar cheese that melts readily.

I bought this at Woolworths online for $4.30.
