This is a tin of Wild Alaskan Salmon, chunk style in springwater.
I usually peel off the skin on salmon in a tin as I do not like the slippery feeling of it, however not sure it is a good idea not to have the bones included as they are packed full of calcium, and therefore good for you.
I paid $3.36 at Coles online (cheaper in store) for a 130 g can.
Summary
I always buy John West in canned fish, and it is always very good, as is this wild Alaskan salmon.
