Following another writers review on a Mooncake, I went out to also buy one!
I found heaps of them in an Asian supermarket but they were so expensive I decided to just buy two individual ones. Prices went as high as $52 for one cake in a tin and there was a choice of about 12 different ones on several trestles!

I liked both of the ones I bought however do not know what was in one as it was all in Chinese writing. One was white lotus with 1 yolk.

These cost $7.99 EACH (185 g) at MCQ Supermarket -Shop 243 Walter Road, Morley in WA.

Mooncakes are very expensive and very nice - difficult to choose which one however I chose well!
